Luath Press Ltd is committed to publishing well written books worth reading. Our books are available direct from us and from all good booksellers and libraries in the UK, North America and Australasia. If you have any suggestions or comments please do contact us.

Making A Purchase 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment via credit and debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

To pay with PayPal, you must have a Personal PayPal account. When you select PayPal, you’ll be prompted to log in to your account or create a new one. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to make your purchase. Your order will not be placed until you have pressed ‘Place Order’ and are presented with a confirmation page. A confirmation email from both Paypal and Luath Press Limited should be received shortly after.

If paying with a credit or debit card, your order will be processed within the Luath website. Just enter the required details at the checkout stage. You may also order by credit/debit card via phone or mail. Please be assured your details will only be used to complete your order. Your details are used solely for your transaction and will only be stored for future convenience with your permission.

Delivery Schedule 

We aim to process your order immediately. Any orders made through the Luath Press website are then passed on to our distributor Central Books (based in London), who deal with the delivery of Luath Press website orders. An approximate delivery time within the UK is 2 - 4 working days for most orders. Please note that Central Books and ourselves are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm; if your order is placed outside of this window it will be processed the next working day.

International orders take approximately 2-3 weeks and will be delivered by International Airmail or by courier depending on the number of books ordered. If you have any questions about a delivery please contact us by email or phone. We will pass any despatch and delivery queries on to Central Books.

Back Orders

If you have ordered a book we do not have in stock at the time of your order, we will contact you regarding your next steps. 

You will be provided the options to either:

• Have the order sent to you once we have it back in stock

or

• Receive a full refund for your out of stock title

Tax Charges

Under UK tax law, books are zero-rated for VAT purposes. Prices for CDs are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Credit Card Security

All credit card details are handled securely by Stripe and PayPal and Luath Press. Please be assured that your details will only be used for the purposes of your transaction, and can be stored only for your convenience for later orders.

Luath Press Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. Cookies may also be used for tracking how the website is used, using services such as Google Analytics, to improve the service we offer to our customers. This information will not be directly identifiable to you, and can only be viewed by us anonymously.

Returns Policy

Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a book that is damaged or faulty at the point of purchase, please get in touch with us immediately at sales@luath.co.uk 
We kindly request that you provide a photograph of the damaged item to assist us in evaluating the issue. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

General Returns

For non-damaged items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
