Russell Gunson

RUSSELL GUNSON brings a wealth of multidisciplinary experience to his role as the Director of IPPR Scotland. With a diverse background encompassing government, parliamentary, voluntary and private sectors, he is well-equipped to lead the esteemed Institute for Public Policy Research in Scotland. Russell assumed this pivotal position in 2015 and has since been ishaping public policy in the region.

Prior to his current role, Russell Gunson served as the director of the National Union of Students Scotland.. His time at NUS Scotland allowed him to champion student welfare and educational issues.
