Peter Irvine

PETER IRVINE is an acclaimed Scottish author and travel writer, best known for his Scotland the Best guides that showcase the very best places to eat, stay and explore across Scotland. Born in Jedburgh and educated at Edinburgh University, he has led major events including Edinburgh’s Hogmanay, earned an MBE and an honorary doctorate, and lives in Edinburgh’s New Town.
