Alan Monaghan

ALAN MONAGHAN, born in Dublin in 1980, is an acclaimed author known for his engaging storytelling.

He won the Hennessy New Irish Writing Award and the Prize for Emerging Fiction in 2002.

His debut novel, The Soldier’s Song, was inspired by his award-winning short story, followed by The Soldier’s Return.

 The Soldier’s Farewell completes his compelling trilogy.
