About the Author:
ERNEST CROSS is the author of many books, including Walks in the Cairngorms, Short Walks in the Cairngorms, The Speyside Holiday Guide, and Easy Walks in Monarch of the Glen Country. He has been a keen hillwalker in the Scottish Highlands’ for over 50 years and though he has now reached the end of his hillwalking days, he continues to share his passion for the sport and the landscape continues which he has enjoyed so much throughout his life.
