THE EAST HIGHLAND WAY (AND KEVIN LANGAN)

The East Highland Way, as well as the author of the book, Kevin Langan, were both shortlisted for awards at this year’s The Great Outdoors (TGO) Magazine Awards.

The book was nominated in the “Outdoor Book of the Year” category, and Kevin was shortlisted for “Outdoor Personality of the Year".

Fierce competition was present in both categories, and unfortunately the book lost out to The Backpacker’s Handbook by Chris Townsend, and Kevin lost out to Bear Grylls! Still, a great achievement to have been nominated for not one, but two fantastic awards! Full coverage will appear in the January issue which will be available in store from 9th December.
